What's Our Purpose???

Many people think the Evolutionary, Paleo, Primal, Caveman, Stoneage, Ancestral, Traditional, or even a lower than carb diet are fanciful and unhealthy. This site was created to give information showing that it isn't crazy and could be the optimal way to lead a healthy life. As healthcare costs rise and employee insurances are cut, it will become less expensive in the long run to consume higher quality food. Not to mention you will just feel better as a whole and your reliance on medical care will diminish.
