When do the "Experts" Stop Being Recognized as Such?

Despite success stories racking up no doubt into the thousands, if not millions, many "experts" still poo poo the paleo diet.  It reminds me of a great quote:
"Those who say it can’t be done shouldn’t interrupt those doing it."
To me, results are much more credible than "expert" opinions.

One of the arguments in that video is that following a strict Paleo is hard. I think that is true. Wrapping it up in CrossFit makes it even more extreme to the average person.

I always bring things back to grains. That is the core disagreement. Everything else is secondary.

You are right. Paleo can be hard at first depending on level of motivation. It seems though that the positive effects make it more likely to be adhered to. Hopefully as people get more experienced, they will realize a cheat when necessary is not the end of things.
